The goal of learning and development is to provide teachers an environment that helps them to grow along with the growth of the organisation.
We conduct workshops, seminars and outdoor trips so that teachers can gel up with other colleagues to improve team building, co-ordination and at the same time nourish their personal development.

- Specialist visits and camps are also organised at timely intervals.
- We have an OPD and IPD service at the clinic inside the campus. The OPD is operational 2 hours in the morning and evening every day.

- Separate apartments/rooms for male and female staff.
- Fire equipment on each floor and in the basement.

- A safety and security SOP is followed in the organisation for effective monitoring.
Transport
We provide for a pick-up and drop service from the nearest railway station to the campus as per stipulated schedule.
